Returns

Buysoars Christian Apparel will gladly review return requests if the product is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, kindly email us at admin@buysoars.com and we will happily assist you with this requestPlease note that Buysoars will not be responsible for the costs associated with shipping the returned items to Buysoars.

If you submit your request for a refund within 30 days, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please be sure to attach this information to your email.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing times will vary depending on your bank and country. If you receive a refund it will not include the cost you incurred to ship the returned item.

As mentioned above, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by after the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days from the date your refund was approved by Buysoars, please proceed with the following instructions:

1. Double check your bank account and contact your bank.

2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2 and you still have not received your refund  please contact us at admin@buysoars.com with your order number and tracking number.

Exchanges

Buysoars Christian Apparel will gladly review exchange requests if the product is damaged or defective. If you have purchased the wrong size, we will be happy to consider an exchange. Please email us admin@buysoars.com with the details of your request.
