1 - How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?
Shipping may take up to 2 - 4 weeks to arrive. We work with different suppliers which is why shipping times may vary.
If you experience longer waiting times than the expected period noted above,
please use the Tracking Order number to confirm the status of your order. If after doing so, you cannot locate your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist you!
2 - What if I received an item but not others?
We work with a number of different suppliers which helps us maximize cost and offer you top selected products. That means your order may arrive at different times/dates. The good news is if you've received one item already, get excited because most of the time the next one will arrive within 72 hours. Please be patient, it will be worth the wait!
Feel free to email us at email@example.com if after 3 days your other items don't arrive. We will be more than happy to help you!
3 - Can I change my shipping address?
We would love to help but unfortunately, in this scenario, the quick answer is no. Once orders are placed, they are forwarded to our vendors for processing and there is no guarantee that a change in shipping address can be made.
We will, however always do our best to accommodate this request, if at all possible. Thank you for understanding when we are unable to assist.
We HIGHLY recommend that you double check your order thoroughly before you place it.
4 - Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
There may be duties incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Buysoars does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
5 - There is something wrong with my item. How should I proceed?
Buysoars Christian Apparel will gladly review replacement or return requests if the product is damaged or defective.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by after the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

6 - What if I've purchased the wrong t-shirt size?
We understand that with online shopping you do not have the opportunity to try the items on, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can address these issues on a case by case basis.
As a general rule, it's the customer's responsibility to refer to the sizing chart provided on each product page BEFORE ordering. We work with different manufacturers and sizing charts may be unique to each T-Shirt.It is important that you only use the sizing chart for the T-Shirt it has been provided for as indicated on each product page.
7 - How do I clean and care for my Jewelry?
Once again, before purchasing Buysoars Christian Apparel clothing, please take advantage of the sizing charts to understand the sizes and measurements. We recommend you compare measurements on our sizing charts with a T-Shirt you own that fits you well. Use these guidelines, they will be most helpful in purchasing the correct size and avoid disappointments with your order.

8 - How do I make sure of my ring size?
You have two options: measure an existing ring and compare it with the sizing chart below or get Buysoars easy-to-use Ring Sizer measuring tool.
Most of the rings we sell are full-size rings. If you wear half sizes, go up a size and purchase our Ring Size Adjuster for loose rings.

9 - Are online payments secure?
Yes. Buysoars Christian Apparel takes security very seriously when receiving the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. 10 - Why is my discount code not working?
Most of our discounts are a one-time use per customer. You are welcome to share it with your friends, but if you try to use it again, it won't work.
