1 - How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?
Shipping may take up to 7 business days to arrive. Worship accessories items are shipped separately from doTerra products.
If you experience longer waiting times than the expected period noted above,
please use the Tracking Order number to confirm the status of your order. If after doing so, you cannot locate your order, please contact us by filling out the form, and we will be happy to assist you!
2 - What if I received an item but not others?
Be sure that all your items will arrive even if they shipped separately in different times/dates. The good news is if you've received one item already, get excited because most of the time the next one will arrive within 72 hours.

please contact us by filling out the form if after 72 hours your other items don't arrive. We will be more than happy to help you!
3 - Can I change my shipping address?
We would love to help but unfortunately no. Once orders are placed, they are forwarded to our vendors for processing and there is no guarantee that a change in shipping address can be made.
We will, however always do our best to accommodate this request, if at all possible. Thank you for understanding when we are unable to assist.
We HIGHLY recommend that you double check your order thoroughly before you place it.
4 - Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Most likely you will not be charged duties. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please note that All In Worship does not have any control over local customs fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
5 - There is something wrong with my item. How should I proceed?
All In Worship will gladly review replacement or return requests if the product is damaged or defective.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by after the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

6 - What are the payments available?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards and PayPal.
7 - Are online payments secure?
Yes. All In Worship takes security very seriously when receiving the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our system. 8 - Why is my discount code not working?
Most of our discounts are a one-time use per customer. You are welcome to share it with your friends, but if you try to use it again, it won't work.
